Daniela Zimmermann is the owner and Managing Director of Concreda AG and has over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and managing transformation projects. Her clients are Swiss companies predominantly focused on retail, intermediary trade, consumer goods and construction.
She is very passionate about her multifaceted job and enjoys gaining insight into different companies while helping them grow. Each working day is special.
Daniela Zimmermann is a born networker and brings the right people together. It is a skill that complements her role as a board member at Business Talk Food and ASCO, and several social and charitable organizations she is part of.
She loves to spend her free time with her three children as well as playing or listening to music.
Katharina Gut has been supporting our team across the board since 2011 with a strong focus on client and team wellbeing. After completing a banking apprenticeship, she worked in the gastronomy and hospitality for several years, a mind-opening experience that made her more adaptable and passionate about service. Her structured and proactive assistance allows our project managers to fully concentrate on client concerns.
She is interested in different lines of business and likes learning new things about companies and their activities. The assistance she is able to deliver to the team through her project support role motivates her on a daily basis.
In her free time, Katharina enjoys going on long walks with her dog, spending a lot of time in her garden and reading a wide range of literature.
Christina Wagner has been a project manager in our team since 2014.
She was able to take on and solve many exciting tasks in the projects she has led, not only within the overall management of national change management projects (pre- and post-merger integration) but also in strategy development and implementation. She has led numerous pre- and post-merger integration projects in change management and strategy development and implementation. She applies her extensive knowledge gained from previous activities in the retail and construction sectors on a daily basis.
She enjoys continuous reconciliation of concerns of stakeholders to find the best solutions for the company, the project and the employees in project management.
Christina loves travelling, getting to know the lives and cultures of other nations, and exploring her creative side in her free time.
Fabrice Braun Manella
Fabrice Braun Manella joined Concreda in 2018 after more than 15 years in various positions in business development and strategy consulting. Most recently, Fabrice worked for Zurich Insurance, where his strong communication and team building skills have been successfully used to further develop employees. Fabrice has a passion for languages and speaks fluent French and Spanish in addition to German and English.
His extensive project experience includes leading strategy and change projects in a wide range of industries, with a focus on the financial industry. In doing so, he successfully implements his highest credo, namely, to place the customer uncompromisingly at the heart of the transformation. Examples of his project experience include the definition and implementation of multi-channel strategies, including digital customer strategies, the roll-out of lean transformations to increase agility, as well as the management of change programmes in the context of transformations.
Fabrice is successful in his task when he can support his clients in implementing a vision in a structured and consistent way. Despite different starting positions and interests, achieving a common goal as a team is a daily incentive and motivation for Fabrice.
Fabrice enjoys his free time most of all with his wife and daughter, be it on the local playground or travelling to distant countries.
